The preparation of document protectors simplifies the process in the warehouse. This way, value is added and time is saved to the operations within RAM’s warehouse.

Employment Solutions regularly participates as an exhibitor at the Unique Christmas market. Genuine leather and other sewing products, handmade by persons with disabilities who are primarily deaf, are available. These individuals excel in producing high-quality items. An array of beauty products is also for sale providing ample opportunities to purchase lovely Christmas gifts.

Employment Solutions for People with Disabilities is a supplier to AppleTec Industries (https://www.appletec.co.za/). AppleTec focuses on technical thermoplastic injection moulding, whilst Employment Solutions assembles the manufactured electrical cable glands that have been moulded before distribution to customers.

Employment Solutions for People with Disabilities has partnered with Vodacom (https://www.vodacom.co.za/) Warehouse for over 15 years. Our services focus on sorting, scanning barcodes, and filing purchase order documents. These documents are received after the deliveries have been completed. After that documents are sorted and their barcodes scanned individually. The filed documents are then collected by Document Warehouse to be stored.

Employment Solutions for People with Disabilities produced conference bags and lanyards for the School of Health Systems and Public Health (https://www.up.ac.za/faculty-of-health-sciences). These accessories were made by persons with disabilities in Employment Solutions’ Sewing Unit.

Employment Solutions for People with Disabilities forms part of the supply chain of Marcom Plastics (https://www.berryglobal.com/en/) by providing assembled Jeyes Fluid lids. Persons with disabilities assemble lids to the required quality standards whilst meeting target volumes.

Employment Solutions for People with Disabilities manufactures leather bags for Southern ENT (https://www.southernent.co.za/). Persons with disabilities diligently make at least 80 bags monthly. The bags are made from different colours of genuine leather. When purchasing hearing aids, Southern ENT’s customers receive accessories for hearing aids in these leather bags.

Employment Solutions for People with Disabilities packs the “Spirit of Africa” bracelets for Beading the Odds (https://beadingtheodds.co.za/) – an NGO that helps women in transition rebuild their lives after fleeing domestic violence. These women earn an income for themselves while living at the shelter. Employment Solutions packages individual bracelets to a specified quality standard before they are distributed to the USA, amongst other countries.
