Employment Solutions is assembling garage creepers for Bosal (https://bosal.co.za/). Both those with six and four wheels are assembled and packed, ready for delivery to various customer outlets. In outsourcing the assembling of the garage creepers, Bosal contributes to job creation for persons with disabilities. Bosal has been actively involved in such job-creating projects for more than four decades.
Employment Solutions has been packing items for Plumblink (https://www.plumblink.co.za/)’s retail market since June 2023. Plumbing accessories like aerators, atomizers, clamps, etc. are packed individually. Product-specific information is then attached.
The packaging and selling of soap and other beauty products at Christmas markets is an income generating project for Employment Solutions for People with Disabilities. Upcoming markets in which we usually participate are the Unique Market (6 -16 December 2024) and the Magalieskruin Gemeente Kersmark (14 – 30 November 2024).
In partnership with Heunis Steel (https://www.heunis.co.za/), Employment Solutions empowers persons with disabilities in a disability-friendly environment. These persons have assembled and packed holderbats and other rainwater goods for over 25 Years. People with disabilities execute these labor-intensive operations to the required quality standards.
Employment Solutions delivers a document scanning service to NCP (https://ncp.co.za/) to ensure easy access to paper documents. We scan both archived and recent documents. Digital copies are provided, while hard copies are returned to the company or shredded.
Employment Solutions has been sealing and packing mouthpieces for Alco-Safe (https://www.alcosafe.co.za/) since 1997. In addition to delivering quality services, this mutually beneficial relationship enables persons with disabilities to perform various activities and provides opportunities for constructive participation in the world of work.
